Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Refunds:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item with visible quality concerns, we will gladly replace it for you. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the replacement process.

To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order, we will accommodate your request as long as the product has not already been made. Please contact us as soon as possible to initiate the cancellation process.

Once your order has been cancelled, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to process and appear in your account.
